Bikes:
We perform a complete build of your bicycle prior to shipping. We do a full tune-up and examine the bike for any damage or other warranty issues. We then remove the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals in order to put the bike into a box for shipping. We package your bike carefully with protection on all points of the bike. We ship via UPS ground unless you require other arrangements.
Bike shipping costs are flat-rate, based on the size and type of bike. In some instances bikes are available for free shipping. Typically, however, we charge for shipping a bicycle, which takes into account the increasing shipping costs and the build-up and tune-up labor that each new bike receives from our services staff.
Non-Bike Items:
We typically ship via USPS priority mail, however in some circumstances we use UPS. We charge a flat rate of $20.00 for orders to Canada.
We accept 30-day returns on most standard items. Bike returns are on a case-by-case basis. Just e-mail us or call us about what you need. We are real people that will talk to you!
PLEASE NOTE:
**We do NOT ship products to Alaska or Hawaii unless you pay for the shipping label.**
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
For international shipping, we do not collect duties and taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
