The Brunello GRX11 sports a light aluminum frame with big tire clearance(up to 700 x 45c), and can accommodate 650b as well. And if you are looking for something with a bit more pep, the Barolo i/O is a class 3(28mph), full carbon gravel eating machine. Soft opening on May 20th.

After ten years on Market Street, our lease is up. A change of scenery is long overdue for us, and we are looking forward to some serene times at our new location in Levi's Plaza.

If you haven't heard of Levi's Plaza -- well -- it is this cool place with a fountain where a local denim manufacturer is headquartered. We hear that they make some nice pants.

In order to complete our move, we'll be closed for a few days from May 16th thru the 19th.  We plan to be operating by May 20th for all of our standard retail and service functions. That said, we will still be in and out of our original space on Market Street for another month in case your bike is still there and you need to pick it up.

We want to thank all of the support we have had in the last decade.  We hope you are all as excited as we are to continue to be a part of our family in our new home!

Just when you thought there were no more bikes... All-City is releasing a new Super Professional, and it should be arriving at the shop sometime in June.  These are great bikes -- steel frame, geared or single speed, and flat bars! Perfect for a ride across town or a ride on the dirt trails and fire roads.

If you've never had the pleasure of riding a Brooks saddle, we highly recommend it. Not only do you get a handmade piece of bicycling's heritage, you get something that becomes uniquely yours. Take care of it and it will last a lifetime. Sure they start hard but they will become softer after just the first ride and will continue to break in for the next few weeks or so depending on much you ride. It can be helpful to take some rest days for your sit bones and wear padded shorts, but we don't typically recommend using Proofide until it needs some conditioning or weatherproofing. Below is a quick rundown of a few of the popular B17 models and you can find all of our in-stock Brooks England saddles, bags, and grips here. 

The Short or "S" version is just a little bit shorter so folks on smaller frames have a little more room when standing over the bike. Other than that it's the same shape and width.

The Carved or "Imperial" has a generous cut out down the top of the saddle for pressure relief and breathability. 

And the standard B17 is just that, the industry standard for a quality handmade vegetable tanned leather saddle. Don't worry, It will only get more comfortable and more beautiful with age.

 If you're just starting to look at Brompton bags or Bromptons in general then things can seem a little overwhelming at first.
