What happens when you join the 10k+ happy Huckleberry Customers
We got the Compact Neo a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. It’s lighter than other e-bikes but manages SF hills and terrain well and has good battery range.
The folks at the shop have been super helpful in getting us set up and adjusting the seat post for one of my kids. I’m glad I found this local bike shop!
It's hard buying a bike when you can't throw a leg over it. Huckleberry answered all my questions until I was confident in my purchase and within a couple of days it was at my door. Tuned perfectly and ready to ride once I installed the front wheel and handlebars. Very pleased.
I love my Kona Rove LTD! I purchased my bike in person but had it shipped to my home out of state. Everyone in the store was super helpful and my entire experience was positive and easy. My bike arrived packed with care and expert packing. It was easy to complete the couple of finishing tasks (handlebar and front wheel) to be ride ready. Highly recommend Huckleberry bikes!

Purchasing my bike from Huckleberry Bikes was the easiest, most pleasant experience for me. Literally, I purchased my bike on Christmas Day. Unlike other places online, they actually had it in stock, as indicated on the website. The bike came promptly, arriving on the exact day they indicated, even though I live nearly 3000 miles away from the shop. When I received the bike, they spent time on the phone with me to help me get it ready to ride. I will be buying my next bike from here, for sure!

I ordered accessories for my daughter and her husband, who had ordered gravel bikes from Huckleberry. Jonas helped me with my purchase and made sure the items arrived before Christmas.
Bike was packaged well and you handled my upgrade requests smoothly. Deraiiller is out of adjustment and won’t shift into the easiest gear. That is frustrating as it may require $ to be spent at local bike shop.
The bike came perfectly tuned. It was packaged very well and arrived perfectly unscathed. Huckleberry rocks. Thanks y’all. I’ll be back the next time I’m buying a bike.
I’m so glad I ordered my new Kona Libre EL from huckleberry’s web site. Jonas the owner was very helpful and answered all my questions via email. The bike was packed very well in the box and was relatively easy to assemble except the dropper post that Jeff did a great job explaining me what to do over the phone. The next day after assembling the bike rode it for 35 miles at our annual local bike ride event. It was so much fun and the bike performed very well. I love my new bike and wanted to thank you again guys for all your help.

Really nice old school touring bike. Pics on website do not show how beautiful the paint job is. Even has a pump peg.
Huckleberry did a great job on packing and sending out quickly.
My only complaint is to Masi for putting out a touring bike with 32 spoke wheels. But I'm getting a 36 spoke wheelset made so the cost of bike + a wheelset with 18 gear inches still a steal.
I have several Kona bike and i love them! Unfortunately, my area is dominated by the larger bike companies and finding a Kona has become difficult. Huckleberry in SF is a real shop with a store front and knowledgeable folks on who spent time with me on the phone and helping me with several questions. I bought the bike on their web site. the Bike is smooth, graceful and tough all at the same time. Great on gravel or the road! components and exactly what I wanted and Huckleberry delivered at a great price!
Bike arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Assembly was quick and simple. Maybe 45 minutes total going slow, including unpacking, removing fender, flipping stem, installing pedals, and installing rack. Bike rides great, very smooth. Huckleberry was very responsive to my questions before ordering.

Beyond+ ADV Bike was delivered on time. And packaged well. I was riding it 10 minutes after opening the box.

Nature Cross Single Speed Bike - Pink Lemonade Finally got it dialed. Your TRP Hylex suggestion was superb. I did have some steer tube issues that turned into be a missing crown race. It totally could have been my fault because the day I pulled that bike out of the box I was like the Borg borg borg chef on the Muppets. Thanks for making the ordering and shipping process seamless. Me and this dog are happy.
Great company to work with. I ordered a bike online and had it shipped from California to Ohio. I got a very fair deal on the bike, it was shipped quickly, and packed well. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived, but the bike didn't have a scratch on it and operated perfectly. I would definitely shop from this company again and hopefully I can make it there in person sometime.
