Shipping and Returns
We fully assemble and tune bikes prior to shipping them to you. In order to pack bikes into boxes, we do need to take off the front wheel and handlebars. If you are not comfortable completing these last couple of steps to get your bike ready, please call us and we will help you! Alternatively, contact your local bike shop for assistance. Bicycles are shipped via UPS, with signature required, in most cases. Other items are shipped via USPS or UPS. We accept 30-day returns on most items. Just e-mail us or call us about what you need.
